MOSCHINO FALL/WINTER 2012 MILAN FASHION WEEK

Moschino takes Fall/Winter to the inner city with graffiti'd and brick-faced suiting with punches of colour. Add to that some fantastic contrast jackets, updated bowler hats and coloured soles. Pretty nice line-up indeed. They do, however, lose me a bit with the decorative stitched blazers...

Z ZEGNA FALL/WINTER 2012 MILAN FASHION WEEK

Z Zegna decided prints could sit this one out. At least for the most part. The monochromatic collection presented us with gorgeous green sheen suits in slim cuts with turn-ups, dirty mustard double-breasted suits with leather overcoats and burgundy sheen trousers I would actually wear. Local designers who favor sheen in their menswear collections should take note because this is how it's done.

GUCCI FALL/WINTER 2012 MILAN FASHION WEEK

We have come to expect a good show from Gucci over the years so it was no surprise they gave us one this season too. Floral suits, super slim trousers, boots to the knee and fur coats, I mean, c'mon. Frieda Giannini delivers another opulent line-up in winter tones of emerald green, red and browns. Now if only they supplied this stock to our local Gucci; the collection has my name all over it.

ICEBERG FALL/WINTER 2012 MILAN FASHION WEEK

Iceberg delivered a well-rounded collection this season. Notice the relaxed fit of the trousers while still maintaing fitted jackets and coats. Royal blue jackets to layer, chunky knits, gorgeous deep green suiting? Amazing. So much to love about this collection on the basis of it being so wearable but with a slight punk/hipster influence. Nicely done, don't you agree? 

FRANKIE MORELLO FALL/WINTER 2012 MILAN FASHION WEEK

I get the distinct feeling the Frankie Morello man is on a pilgrimage to Tibet and once there, turns into Adam Lambert. This was my feeling while watching his Fall/Winter show for 2012. I didn't feel like they made any sense in the same show, but separately, if anything, they were interesting. Bead work, bright colour blocking and bindi's show the obvious eastern influence but where in the world does sewn on buttons and spikes come into that?
Update: A commenter pointed out that the collection moves quite cohesively from the harsh black embellished look to a more natural Eastern style, that I could have offered a more fair review and he's quite right. In fact if you look at the collection carefully it is almost as if Maurizio Modica and Pierfrancesco Gigliotti were taking this rocker styled man and stripping him down to his most humble and presumably spiritual self, after shedding the materialistic influence of a western man.

1.Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF700T

Untuk komputer tablet yang pertama adalah Asus Pad Transformer Prime TF700T. Sistem operasi yang di gunakan adalah sistem operasi Android 4.0. Sedangkan untuk layarnya komputer tablet ini memiliki resolusi 1.920x1.200 piksel. Nantinya, Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime TF700T ini akan diluncurkan pada kuartal kedua pada tahun 2012 ini, soal harganya TF700T ini akan dibanderol dengan harga sekitar Rp5,5 juta untuk versi 32GB serta Rp6,4 juta kalau untuk versi yang 65GB. Transformer generasi baru itu memakai prosesor berinti dua Tegra 3 dengan kecepatan 1,2GHz.

2.Asus Eee Pad MeMO Me370T

Komputer tablet selanjutnya adalah Asus Eee Pad MeMO Me370T. Komputer tablet ini memiliki ukuran layar 7 inci dan mengusung proses quad-core Tegra 3. Sedangkan untuk layar resolusinya adalah 1.280x800 piksel dan tersedia dalam dua versi, yaitu yang memorinya berkapasitas 16GB dan 32GB. Harganya yang di banderol untuk Asus Eee Pad MeMO Me370T sekitar Rp2,2 juta.

3.Acer Iconia Tab A700

Acer Iconia Tab A700 merupakan komputer tablet terbaru dari Acer pada tahun ini. Untuk ukuran layarnya adalah 10 inci dengan resolusi 1.920x1.200 piksel. Acer Iconia Tab A700 ini juga mengusung teknologi yang mampu mengurangi efek silau dari sinar matahari. Perangkat ini memakai sistem operasi Android dan prosesor quad-core Tegra 3. Fitur-fitur lain Acer Iconia Tab A700 diantaranya adalah konektvitas wi-fi, bluetooth, selot SIM 3G, dan kamera beresolusi 5 Megapiksel di bagian belakang dengan lampu kilat light-emitting diode (LED).

4.Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7

Ponsel canggih Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 juga sering disebut-sebut sebagai komputer tablet tertipis dari Samsung. Ukuran layarnya adalah 10.1 inci, sedangkan resolusinya 1280x800 pixel. Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 ini juga telah dilapisi dengan teknologi Super AMOLED. Dilengkapi prosesor berinti dua yang berkecepatan 1.4 GHz. Perangkat produk dari Samsung ini menggunakan memori RAM yang berkapasitas 1GB serta menggunakan sistem operasi Android Honeycomb.

5.Toshiba Excite X10

Komputer terbaik yang terpilih selanjutnya adalah Toshiba Excite X10. Untuk ukuran layarnya adalah 10,1 inci dan memiliki ketebalan 0,3 inci. Pada layar Toshiba Excite X10 juga dilapisi dengan anti gores Corning Gorilla Glass. Toshiba Excite X10 ini memakai sistem operasi Android Honeycomb dan prosesor berinti dua. Sebagai fitur pelengkap dari Toshiba Excite X10 adalah selot Micro HDMI, USB, kartu micro SD, serta ada dua kamera yang berkualitas tinggi. Harga yang di banderol untuk Toshiba Excite X10 ini berkiras Rp6 juta.
